Cancellation Policy

For bridal and event bookings, clients may cancel their booking within three days of signing the contract for a full refund of their deposit. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made between sixty and thirty-one days before the event require payment of fifty percent of the remaining balance. Cancellations made within thirty days of the event require payment of the full remaining balance.

If the artist must cancel for any reason, the deposit will be refunded in full within fourteen business days. In cases where a client needs to reschedule, the deposit may be transferred to a new date if the artist is available. If the artist is unavailable, the deposit will be forfeited.

 

For regular appointments, clients are asked to provide at least twenty-four hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to twenty-five percent of the service cost. Clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late may lose their appointment and will still be charged the full service fee.

Neither the artist nor the client will be held responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as illness, natural disasters, or government restrictions. In such cases, both parties agree to communicate promptly and work in good faith to reschedule the service.
