Terms & Conditions

To confirm a booking, a thirty percent non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least seven days before the event. Accepted payment methods include cash or bank transfer.

Bridal trials are available upon request and must be paid in full on the day of the appointment. Travel from MarthaK Studio is charged at a rate of twenty-five dollars plus one dollar per kilometre, along with any applicable parking or toll fees.

All tools and products are thoroughly sanitized before each use to maintain high hygiene standards. Clients are responsible for informing the artist of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before services begin. Makeup application is performed at the client’s own risk, and the artist is not liable for allergic reactions, irritations, or other related complications.

Clients must provide a clean, safe, and well-lit environment with access to electricity where applicable. The artist reserves the right to refuse service if the location is unsuitable, unsafe, or unhygienic.

With the client’s consent, photos and videos of completed makeup looks may be used for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes. Clients who do not wish their images to be used may opt out by notifying the artist in writing.

The artist will make every reasonable effort to create a makeup look that aligns with the client’s expectations. Adjustments can be made during the appointment. Once the service is completed and approved by the client, refunds will not be offered.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
